Bell Blue is building bespoke dwellings that harness environmentally conscious construction techniques to create future-proof family living spaces.
Bell Blue ltd started life in 2015 to respond to frustration with modern house builders’ reluctance to modify outdated construction methods and failure to provide suitable habitable space for modern-day family living. Bell Blue’s design ethos revolves around family homes constructed using modern techniques, environmentally sound construction materials and, most importantly, spatially designed for modern-day family life.
Our spatial new-fashioned homes are based on current trends of entertaining and remote working. The structures we build today must still be relevant in the next 25 years, so we plan with the future in mind.
Current construction ideas must be easily adapted to the next generation of green technology. We ensure that our approach has modern and environmental components and is designed for contemporary living.
Not simply bricks and mortar, our materials include Timber Frames, Under Floor Heating on all floors, Cellulose Insulation, Engineered Posi Joists and Screeded first floors. These elements provide a well-insulated, quiet and affordable home.
